I work with employers and training providers to tackle the digital skills gap, deliver #endpointassessments and create ethical, competent professionals in the tech sector. That's the day job at BCS - The Chartered Institute for IT; I love what I do.

After spending years interviewing thousands of young people for roles as digital apprentices, I wanted to share my experience to help those in my local community. I'm now a school governor, leading on career guidance.
I am also a fan of music, books, technology and education.
My mid-life crisis was to take up martial arts and I now help teach self-protection to others.
