I'm an information security engineer, amateur astronomer, and contributor on space topics for WRAL-TV in Raleigh, NC and the WeatherBrains podcast. You can also find my spacey ramblings on the Alabama Weather Blog.

I volunteer with the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Solar System Ambassador program supporting E/PO in central North Carolina, Virginia and beyond. This takes me to schools, museums, planetaria & anywhere else I can get people, especially kids, excited about the night sky and continuing our exploration of space.

I also help out with the NASA Langley Research Center Speakers Bureau on these topics as well and help hundreds of broadcast meteorologists around the country bring astronomy and spaceflight to their audiences.
