I'm an IT Professional who has been working in the Software industry for over 14 years. My areas of expertise involve IT Service Management with a special focus on Service Transition and Service Operations.

I come from a corporate environment where I have been able to develop and hone in on a wide range of technical skills which are rivaled second only by my soft skills.

I derive value and a meaning in life from Family as well as from learning new things daily. My purpose comes from sharing meaningful knowledge and ideas with others and my motivation comes from a constant need to make things easier for those around me.
