Over the years I've had several positions, but have always had one job - to be an HR partner to support the strategic needs of the business through encouragement & development of it's staff.

My passion is people.

I thrive on watching people succeed. As an HR partner, I encourage employees to get the most out of their career through education, commitment and hard work. If you put in enough elbow grease, you'll get to where you want to be if your patient enough.

I've taken this passion for people development and combined it with my personal passion for endurance sports and began a business in 2007 to motivate & encourage people to achieve their athletic goals. "Inspiring people, one race at a time" is a motto I've lived up to in that business.
