Tope is an innovative leader in the development world with a passion for Economic growth, Rural and Community development, and Social impact assessment.
She has done extensive work in the development space as a researcher, monitoring and evaluation officer, and data analyst in various Non-Profit organizations and government agencies in Nigeria and Washington DC and New York such as National Population Commission, Abuja, Nigeria, Catholic Medical Missions Board (CMMB), Wall Street, New York etc. She has also worked on numerous projects funded by USAID, UNICEF, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and most recently, She serves as consultant research associate with McKinley Associates in Washington DC
She is also proficient in strategy development for programs related to SDGs, Program designs, Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis, Process and Outcome evaluations, and Impact Measurement and Management (IMM)
She is currently undergoing a masters program in Applied Economics at the University of Maryland College Park. She also holds a Professional Diploma Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation: Project Management for the UN, Government, and NGO from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statisticsfrom the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. She has also received training on Data for Effective Policy Making from the Inter- American Bank, Washington DC and MIT
She has received numerous awards to her merit including a Heavyweight Award for her work on Analyzing Maternal and Child Health Data Trends for the Catholic Medical Missions Board (CMMB), Wall Street, New York, USA.
She writes and conducts training on Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Impact Assessment, Population Growth and Birth registration advocacy across the world.
She currently resides in Lagos, Nigeria and her interests ranges from innovation to volunteering. She is also interested in causes, programming, and reading.
