Temitope Sulaimon Alekusho

My name is Temitope Sulaimon
Alekusho, a professional Hospitality manager, with a flair for Hotel
Administration and technology. I am 28years old With a B.Sc degree in Sociology,
Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), a Post Graduate Diploma in
Hospitality and Tourism Management, crowned with an MBA in International
Hospitality and service industry management, Glion, Switzerland. I successfully
lead a high demanding and rich full-life, working long hours and long distance
without border barriers. I strive for continued excellence in my area of
expertise and I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all
clients.

Aside many other personal
development skills such as continued academic development, entrepreneurship and
leadership abilities, "a very competitive breed", I also create time to be informed
in the Arts upon which, I have quite a number of poems to my name.

My work experience in customer
relation roles, Customer behavior and customer satisfaction has been
advantageous to my understanding of the hospitality industry trends and future
challenges. I also have experiences in learning and excelling at new service
delivery strategies and business development from a Startup to SMEs and
Multinationals.

I do this for the innovation derived
and deep expectation for excellence.
