Benjamin Addom
Ben is an information/knowledge/innovation management specialist with experience in the use of the new information and communication technologies (ICTs) for communicating development research to policy makers and practitioners. He has a good knowledge of the history of rural development and agricultural policy interventions; research/technology and communication policies; farmer-led research; farming systems approaches; agricultural extension reforms; community based resource management approaches; and approaches to food security and vulnerability mitigation. He is a good communicator with experience working both as an independent researcher and a team player. He has over 5 years of experience in the field of agriculture, food security, livelihood and information communication technologies, and another 4-5 years of teaching, training, instructing, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation at college level.
