I was diagnosed as pre diabetic about a year ago. This would cause most people to freak out, and it did me however, my love of eating and drinking wine outweighed the niggle in my head about pre diabetes.

Stupid i know as whats more important than our health?

I decided 6 months ago after my anxiety peaked and i was put on tablets that i couldnt drink with that this was my chance. No temptation of alcohol, (which leads to late night snacking) i was going to make a change in my life.
