Tori Sawchuk

Online coach, Yoga Teacher, and Entrepreneur in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

Hey you! I’m Tori Sawchuk aka Tor aka T-saw aka Tdawg- feel free to call me either one :) I'm the founder of an empowerment program called The Wildflower Movement for girls ages 8-18, a yoga teacher and an online health coach.

I grew up in a very, (and I mean VERY) small town in Manitoba, Canada with my incredible family, 4 farm dogs and numerous cats. At 13 years old I went from being free, happy and loving to trapped, depressed and miserable, all because of food and exercise. All I wanted was to look like the girls in the magazines.

Finally, after five years of therapy, tons of research, retreats and more therapy, I realized how much more there is to life than looking good. I dove deep into self-care/love, mental health, yoga, journalling and meditation. On top of that I read article upon article on different forms of eating and exercise and started to redefine what the word "health" meant to me.

Here's what I came up with - health is not green juice, a round booty, sculpted abs or even a number on a medical chart. Health is having a positive relationship with food and exercise, going out for brunch with friends, listening to what your body wants and needs and loving your true self.

Unfortunately, most people (especially women) believe looking good=health. That only eating kale=health. That exercising for 2 hours a day= health. Trust me, I know, I've been there.

Ultimately, I help people end their fight with food and fitness, redefine health and take a holistic approach to become their #bestself.

I would love to help you become YOUR #bestself - click the button at the top to leave me a message :)

xoxo,
