As a leader in Information Technology (IT) my goal is to use IT solutions and processes to enhance business function, improve service support to staff and reduce the IT Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). While working within the Ontario Health Care Sector as an IT Professional, I am influenced daily through my Nursing education and years of clinical practice.
