My first love is Jesus Christ. He is the most important person in my life. The Bible is my main resource on the keys to successful living. It teaches what is helpful and effective when dealing with life and relationships. Any good relationship takes work, and a committed marriage is a great place to practice the things I've learned. I have been married to my very best friend, my wonderful husband Dale, for over 40 years. Together we have raised three biological children and mentor a plethera of young people (and some not so young) who have sought our counsel.

I began my journey as a writer when I received my first diary. I journaled throughout highschool and on into married life. When my husband and I moved to California, I became serious about freelancing. and have had the joy of seeing my work published. I write "think pieces" that encourage readers to apply the truth of God's word to their lives. It is my favorite format, but I've also written short stories and poems. I have completed a book and look forward to seeing it published in the Lord's timing. I know He has a perfect plan for all things.

I have mentored many as a result of what I have written, and recently have been invited to share in women's groups. Public speaking is a new venue for me, but as the Scripture says "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13

My deepest desire is to draw others to Him and to **bring Him honor and glory.**
