So who is Chris Torres? Well I'm glad you asked. However, before I go into detail about myself, let me explain what I hope you can gain from reading my blog.

As the title of the blog implies, I want to focus on generating ideas and sharing my insight on the travel and hospitality industry from a PR perspective. I hope to spark conversation and maybe teach a thing or two to my readers. Please feel free to comment on any of my posts.

Now, a quick snapshot of who I am. My name is Chris Torres, I'm an aspiring communications specialist and have spent the past four years crafting my sales and marketing skills. I'm the previous owner of a network marketing company and I've recently been named team leader for a sales team on the East Coast this Summer. I will be graduating from the University of Oregon in the Spring, and will be looking to apply my skills to a PR company in the travel industry. In my down time I like to play rugby, lift weights, fish, and read the Lord of the Rings series.
