Tosin Ogunsanya

I am an artist, film maker and music producer. Currently a Fineart graduate from Central Saint Martins University of Arts, my approach to art stems from my love of surrealism and its relationship with our natural enviroment and our individual perception of shifting realities.

In 2008 I was given the opportunity to work as an intern at the Dulwich picture gallery in London. The experience I got being exposed to art works both contemporary and classical ignited in me the passion for Art and the desire to become an artist.

For the past two years my pratice has spread into various forms of mixed media based art such as collage, photography, painting, installations and film making. I was interested in unique ways of framing my work and found using darkness to frame my work was a lot more consistent to the subject matters I worked on and was very efficient in capturing a thematic feel.
