I am passionate about conservation and environment. My eight years of practical experience working on different projects related to environmental preservation, community development and natural resource protection in the Northeastern and Southern of Cambodia. As the Community-Based Ecotourism Project Coordinator at Wildlife Alliance in Chi Phat, Cambodia about five years, I am involved in promoting conservation values throughout empower local community to run their own Community-Based Ecotourism process and activities for better poverty alleviation. I am now looking forward to a career focused on my passion for environment, presenting opportunities to work with similar minded people. My reliability, communication skills, responsibility and friendly nature are assets I would bring to the work. I have experience in operate project management and strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and use my own initiative. I also have the ability to prioritise whilst under pressure meeting tight deadlines. I have specific experience in research, data collection and analysis. I am able to work in a multi-cultural team and adapt to new cultures. My previous positions have involved working and living in remote areas often under difficult conditions with significant physical fieldwork. I hold a BA in Business Management from Build Bright University, a Diploma in Teaching PEDAGOGY from Stung Treng Teacher Training Centre, Cambodia and a successfully completed four-month fellowship with the CEC Houston funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs in the US Department of State Community Solutions Program administered by IREX.
