Toya Jervay - Training Consultant

My friends and family are often asking me to send them icebreakers and team initiatives to get them through facilitating groups. I have even been referred to as the “game lady”. If we are already grouped together, we might as well learn about each other and ourselves, while facilitating some fun. There are opportunities for this in our everyday if you pay attention. There is a little “game” in us all. Along with that, my work includes working in conservation - protecting open spaces and animals. Living in a city filled with buildings and no parking, I find it important to work as a naturalist and to train others to be like minded. With early beginnings as a youth activist and missionary in Leon, Mexico, to the present, I've enjoyed traveling, collecting and restoring vintage, the great outdoors, and photography. So far, I have been blessed with the opportunity to work throughout the US, in ITALY, and JAPAN, and can't wait to see what the future holds!
