Toya Nicole

Chicago

With over a decade of corporate experience as a marketing manager and sales professional for a Fortune 200 transportation company, Toya Nicole proved her executive leadership working with multi-billion dollar corporations like: McDonald’s, Walgreen Co, John Deere, 3M and Caterpillar. These successes were achieved while she simultaneously built a successful blog, launched two businesses and grew her personal brand, strategically laying the foundation that lead to her own successful transition from Corporate America.

Her personal mission is to: "Encourage ordinary women to walk boldy into their extraordinary purpose in business and life!"

Toya Nicole works with ambitious, self – driven career professionals who have a desire to empower others and share their gifts outside their corporate environment. They know they are purposed for a more extraordinary life and ready to take immediate action to reach their next level of success. These women aspire to be authors, speakers and full time entrepreneurs but lack the knowledge and support to successfully implement their ideas. I provide them with tools, creative strategies and resources needed to establish their online presence, increase their visibility and build a bankable brand.

In May 2012 she founded L. Nicole Media and Communications . Based out of Chicago, at its initial launch L. Nicole Media (formerly L. Nicole Consulting Group) offered a small suite of social media and public relations consulting services. In late 2013 the company revamped and rebranded to what is now a social media and branding coaching and consulting company.

Through her lifestyle and travel blog, Ms. Travel Chic, she provides resourceful content and products created to motivate women to travel and embrace new experiences. As a media correspondent she has been featured as a panelist at the 2013 Black Womens Expo and interviewed notable celebrities and business leaders including Dr. Ian Smith, Lisa Price and Mitzi Miller.

In September 2013, she joined forces with Beauty School Scarlet to form Boardroom Beauties, LLC.

Boardroom Beauties focuses on advancing and enhancing the whole woman in her personal, professional and spiritual life so she can continue to learn, grow and be inspired to live big and bold dreams!
