I am a business coach, trainer, and mentor currently living in İstanbul, Türkiye. I am also mother of a 7 year old boy and a lovely dog. My interests range from travel to culinary. I am also interested in music, cooking, and dance.

After graduating from Şişli Terakki High School in 1992 and I had my degree in marketing in Bosphorus University Business Administration in 1996. I started my career in Ram Foreign Trade Co. the foreign trade company of Koç Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in Turkey, as a sales representative responsible from Fiat and Ford dealers in Turkic Republics, sales, after sales and coordination of all their operations in Turkey.

My passion in brand management and marketing led me to Telsim, the second Turkish mobile GSM operator of Turkey, as product manager. After 2 years of product management experience in GSM, the fastest moving consumer sector, I decided to diverse my career in pharmaceutical sector, which then became my 12 year journey in people, marketing, sales and business management. Following 10 years in Abdi İbrahim İlaç A.Ş., the leader of pharmaceutical sector in Turkey, from product management to business unit management positions, I signed contract for interim consultancy role for Bausch+ Lomb, a global pharmaceutical company for strategic marketing & new portfolio launch.

In my 18 years career, I represented and marketed 7 global brands, launched, relaunched 25 products, coached & managed more than 400 people, influenced more than 10.000 customers and trained sales people for more than 4000 hours. All these years, I experienced and had expertise in strategic planning, niche marketing, sales targeting and optimization, team and system building, financial management, market research, human and business development, training, change management, challenging teams, start ups, distributor-licensor relationship management.

I am certificated in executive, team and relationship ICF accredited ACTP coaching programs in 2015-2016, and certified as ActionCOACH partner & business coach in March, 2018.

I am passionate about people, teams and companies reaching their potential and I now combine 25 years of ActionCOACH philosophy with my 18 years of experience, targeting good to great companies who like to learn and grow.
