I am a true believer that being kind to people in my industry is the key to true success. I truly care about the people I work with.

My goal is to match candidates with a work place they consider their second home, in a good way! Today's work environment should be reflective of our personal lifestyle. We all know that the 40 hour week has become obsolete, due to our competitive global markets.

In your immediate work network, if you ask the majority of people, I would bet 9 out of 10 of them would not blink working 60 - 80 hours a week; if they loved their job, were allowed the flexibility to enjoy their family, while participating in the little things. A big plus is for employees to be able to pick up their children from school (instead of a nanny or family member), being home early enough to cook dinner, attend a school function,or early afternoon yoga class.

I strive to build a company culture that allows their employees to enjoy the small things in their every day life. To not "hit the sack," dreading the next day of mundane tasks and nursing a neck cramp, due to juggling all of life's demands. Join me in the revolt!!!
