Tracey Swain

I am an ex Darkroom Technician/Reprographics Designer and Apple Mac Art-worker. I moved to Shropshire after an accident left me unable to continue my hectic flat out stressed up but loving every minute working career in London and the South East. Since moving to Shropshire on a spur of the moment decision in 2007 I have been self employed as a landscape photographer and reprographics art-worker. I have set up my own company TnT-Photoart and also run Briar Ridge Books with a Local poet publishing visual verse books. My latest project is Elemental Tangents a magical book about Mother Natures Elements bought to life through photographic images and music.

I adore the written word and love to read when my brain allows me I have ME and Fibromyalgia as a result of the accident also Type 2 Diabetic but working to reverse that! Fibro/Adrenal Fatigue can cause memory issues and trouble with reading. I am a movie nut and will watch pretty much anything. Though I prefer a plot to a slash horror flick. A complete Muse! Very rarely do I not have music on in some form or other it soothes my soul, lifts me when I am in pain and generally keeps me sane, ish!

I suffer with a damaged spine but I try to keep as active as possible and ignore the constant pain and fatigue. I will not let it beat me I am bigger than it is and I will continue to believe that! I adore driving the countryside and photographing Mother Nature in all her glory. I would love to travel more and see more of the world and am working towards that goal.
