She has been involved in the entertainment industry wearing many hats for over 25 years as a Singer, Producer, Executive Talent Director, Promoter, Manager, Booking Agent, A&R, President of R&B Division, President of the New York City’s first ever Music-Sports League and Author & Publisher. Being crowned as the "QUEEN of Indie Artist Promotions" for giving “unknown”, “unsigned” and “upcoming” artists multiple platforms, resources and tools to receive recognition and exposure that would enhance their music careers for over 15 years.

She has developed a strong possession for the music business by becoming very familiar with the “business” side of handling and overseeing the music industry recording processes and other related business projects related within the industry. Tracey Chantel has utilized and strengthen her creative skills in creating, managing, marketing, coordinating, directing, planning and promoting. Her experiences and knowledge has enhanced her ability to operate her own entertainment businesses independently i.e.; the Tracey Chantel Talent Agency in New York City, her primary company “CHANTEL ENTERPRISES” that is an assortment of platforms for arising artists to shine such as the Access to Arising Artists Promotional Service, The “Access To Arising Artists Online Radio Show” which she’s the Radio Host & Program Director, “Village of Inspired People” (an Educational/Entertainment Youth Awareness Program) that she’s the Founder and Talent Director of, and last but not least she’s the Author and Publisher of her own reference guide handbook for inspiring artist; “How To Get Started As An Independent Recording Artist On Your Own”.
