Being a part of the Staffing Industry has taught me a great deal about the importance of building relationships. My successes have been discovered, not solely on finding the most qualified candidates, but more importantly by building a reputation based on strong relationships that I have established throughout the years. Being a “fit” for a position is a two-edged sword; ensuring that candidates are not only a fit for our client, but also that our clients are a sustainable home for our experienced candidates throughout a multitude of industries. Having hired for both technical and non-technical positions has allowed me to become a very versatile recruiter, which has enabled me to adjust my efforts to fit the needs of others, which is an invaluable asset to any organization. Working in the Information Technology industry has immensely broadened my experience and knowledge, allowing me to place a multitude of candidates in their desired areas of expertise.
