Targeting the highly stressed executive, or management team who need an in-house solution, to decreasing stress, guidance in meditation, and the correct use of the breath. An option to the midday power workout, bringing huge mental and physical benefits.

Yoga and mediation in the workplace is becoming main stream. Searching for ways of dealing with work related stress, and the demands placed in employees, corporations are turning to alternative methods to assist their employees in feeling happier, more energized and positive.
Using a combination of mediation, mindful breathing and yoga poses geared at relieving tension , business executives can manage their workday with tools that alleviate stress, and the muscle tension experienced from long hours at a computer. Practices can be done conveniently and discretely within the offices.
The introduction of mindfulness , the correct use of breath, meditation and yoga, within the work day , all contribute to increased productivity, better communication between colleagues, and a general feeling of well being and positivity in the workplace. This also translates into less absenteeism due to sickness, and fatigue.
We suggest a twice weekly Meditation and Yoga session , lasting for 60 minutes . This can also be condensed into a 45 minute session if time constraints are an issue.
Employees will not require a shower, but suggest that they change into something comfortable if they take part in the Yoga Asana. Some executives will opt to do the mediation and breathing component only. All the required props will be provided for, including mats and blocks.
Those participating will feel the benefits of the mediation, and breathing directly after the practice, and will be able to incorporate this new found peace into their work day. Again, translating into a happier , more relaxed and less stressed employee.
