A native New Yorker, Tracey grew up in the Riverdale section of the Bronx and has lived in Brooklyn for a number of years. She knows the city well and constantly keeps up on new developments, growing neighborhoods and continually changing market stats. Tracey attended college at Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons in Manhattan. Her love of the diversity of New York is evidenced by the broad palate of activities she enjoys in this great city.

Tracey is an avid art lover with a penchant for the creative process. "Conceptualizing, designing and creating are more than a hobby!" She sits on the board of Leroy Neiman Art Center, and is the Founder of the D.R.E.A.M.S. Initiative. Tracey also enjoys travel, the great outdoors on motorcycle and spending time by the water, as well as under water as a certified scuba diver. She can't wait for her next adventure!
