it has been my experience that although there is an amazing variety of VA available online when looking for a freelancer it becomes a laborious job just trying to find the right one from the hundreds of applicants for each contract!

How can it be simplified? How do you shorten 50 applicants to 5 hopefuls?

My goal is to create a system of measurements that can be used for a multitude of administrative needs that quickly and effectively reduces the time spent finding the right VA for any task.

My "agency" will categorize the freelancers in terms of skill, ability, and experience.

This will further break down into low and higher rates.

When you are on both a deadline and a budget it will be more economical to return to our pool of tried and tested freelancers, confidently leaving all the hard work finding the ideal candidate to us.

I need to know what tasks VA's are employed most often and what skills/characteristics prove most effective in getting the job done.

The agency will focus on the most commonly advertised VA tasks, including Data mining/entry, cold calling, writing content/creation, and internet research among others. There will be a series of assessments. to measure the competency of every VA, in the aspects of admin that they want to work on. This will allow financial rates to be applied to the results, with more experienced freelancers able to earn more
