Dr Tracie Rogers is an experienced consultant, facilitator, and trainer, specialising in trauma-informed care, gender-based violence prevention, and mental health capacity-building across the Caribbean. With a background in social work, psychotherapy, and participatory research, she has designed and implemented programmes that strengthen the delivery of mental health and social services. As a UN Women Gender-Based Violence Master Trainer, she has led initiatives across the region since 2014, training frontline professionals in survivor-centred approaches. Her work also includes policy development, curriculum design, and organisational change strategies for integrating trauma-responsive frameworks into service provision. Dr Rogers is known for her engaging facilitation style, blending research, practice, and lived experience to create impactful learning experiences.
