Hello, I’m Traci! I am an incredibly kind-hearted, compassionate, and hard-working individual. I bring all three of these traits into absolutely everything I do.
Starbucks has been no different. Starting out as a barista I was very dedicated to learning everything I can. After a few short years I was promoted to Shift Supervisor and have truly embraced the challenges that have come my way. I have learned that I am incredibly compassionate towards others while being dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly. Leadership was something I never expected to enjoy or even be good at. I have found a real passion for leading others and appreciate continuing to learn more about myself and others through this opportunity.
An experience early on really shaped the way I lead today. Within my first week at Starbucks I felt unsupported to the point of breaking down. From that point on, I was determined to never let another partner feel the same way. I make sure to lead with compassion, empathy, and patience. I am by no means perfect, but strive to do my best in everything I do each and every day.
I’m not exactly sure what my next steps look like after graduation, but I'm very excited to see where life takes me and excited about all the options in front of me!
