Tamara Foret

I am a 15 year Army Veteran and a mother of 3 beautiful boys. I love casual, pony tails, sweat pants, coffee, cooking, crafts and DIY's. I am very down to earth and enjoy sitting home watching a movie rather than going out. My middle child is Autistic with several other developmental issues that has brought me to learning more about health, natural foods and supplements.

I am also a 5 year survivor of Domestic abuse and fight for domestic abuse awarness. Just remember you are not alone and there is help out there.

I believe everything happens for a reason and the trials and tribulations we face only make us stronger and give us a lesson on life =)
