I'm a Talent Sourcing Strategist - what is that?

I source talented people from all over the globe for roles at Xero in New Zealand. I'm responsible for Xero's social media strategy for talent, have a focus on employment branding and I build talent pipelines for hard to fill roles.

I love connecting people, not just for jobs, but for life long careers. I've been in recruitment since 2007 and have worked in both in-house and in agency.

I'm passionate about sourcing candidates for roles across social media and being coming up with creative ways to find awesome people.
