Today is a great day. I am able to say this every day as I meet with people and prepare foods from around the world. It is my passion Hard work is part of life. In my coming of age story, we were expected to put a roof on the house, then clean up, curl our hair, put on white gloves and be ladies. This is still my approach to life. Everything- do everything. Dance, sing, walk, run, build, paint, create, renew, love, have passion, learn, grow, be kind, be strong. It's time to grow and renew. What will life bring? One never knows, but I will be ready!
