My Philosophy
One of my favorite quotes states, “If you just do what is expected of you, you will be more successful than 50% of your peers”. I suspect if this quotes's creator took this one step further, they may have said, “If you do MORE than what is expected of you, you will be more successful than 95% of your peers”. This is the exact philosophy I try to model daily. I make it a goal to do more than what is expected of me. Except, I do so not to make myself successful but to align the best talent with the best positions at Devry Education Group. Simply put, I value helping others become successful.

My objective is to find highly talented, engaging candidates with a passion for student success for rewarding, exciting and fulfilling positions within the DeVry Group. Contentment is for the weak. My passion and continuous sense of urgency in filling competitive positions with the most qualified staff is my will. Whether creating compelling inmails, utilizing job boards intelligently, developing strategic sourcing or leveraging social media for recruitment, I am ready to build a positive relationship with future employees.
