I live in SF and am a Bay Area girl, through in through. I'm also modern tech marketer and a health/fitness advocate. I like lifting heavy things - whether they be barbells or big ideas. I enjoy creating - whether it be fun, healthy recipes or new ways to engage with my audiences. I enjoy growing - my skills as a yoga teacher or the professional skills of my teams. Most importantly, I like to have an impact - I want to get things done in a thoughtful, meaningful way that drives results - whether that be helping someone move towards better health or helping to grow a business.
