I teach movement.

I help people discover their physical potential by teaching them to do things they thought they could never do.

I teach anatomy so people can understand the mechanics of how their body works. I help empower people so that when they get injured they can take an active role in healing themselves.

My background is dance. I've taught movement since the age of 16, and had a great ride as a professional modern dancer, choreographer, and artistic director

I love the freedom of having my own business, calling my own shots, and being creative every day.

Im not a team player, I prefer to work alone like a goofy professor. With my lab as my studio I learn by doing, listening to my clients needs, designing tailor made programs to accomplish their goals, choreographing unique exercises , and teaching like there is no tomorrow.
