When you are talking to a real estate agent about buying a property, make sure you inquire how long he or she has lived in your preferred area. If your agent has not been working in the area as long as other people, they will not be as familiar with the roads, any restrictions in the community, and restrictions in the community as someone else might be.
Take your time to carefully measure a house you are highly interested in buying. If these numbers do not match up closely, then there is something fishy happening.
If you are going to rent property, don't sign a lease agreement until you find out from the landlord who is responsible for tending the garden. Some rentals require you to clean the garden or to pay someone to do it. Other places have this included in the monthly fee.
