Tracy Li

Coming from a teacher's family, Tracy had a resistance to an education career in her teenage years. However, she fell in love with teaching and helping students through a random opportunity during her freshman year in college. So, instead of pursuing a finance career after graduation from college, she became a teacher then an administrator, a manager, a teacher recruiter... and have been working in the education field since then. Nothing is more rewarding for Tracy than seeing that she's made a small yet positive impact on a student's life.

Born and raised in China, Tracy brings an authentic perspective regarding conducting business in the education field in China as well as a deep understanding on how to thrive in a multicultural environment. She currently leads her life with her husband and their Shiba Inus in New Haven, CT.
