My passion is people - with a business focus.

I believe in life long learning and I'm a Fellow of AIM, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of AHRI as well as a Member of the AICD. I'm honoured to be the NSW AIM Leader of the Year 2016.

I've spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various roles across Northern Europe, first in sales, before moving into training and development and then HR at a director level.

Moving to Australia in 2008, I became Executive General Manager of the Rebel Group, an iconic sports retail and fashion company with 6,000 employees owned by Archer Capital.

My pragmatic, hands on approach and experience working as a consultant, coaching and delivering training at all levels led me to Reward Gateway.

As well as Global People Director, I was Managing Director of Reward Gateway in Australia and New Zealand - good HR people will have business acumen too and be close enough to the business that they can run it.
