Tracy Saunders

Born in Brooklyn New York and raised in Great Neck (think Great Gatsby East Egg), Tracy realized at a young age that the towering skyscrapers of New York although beautiful to some were not the same as the Majestic Mountains of the West...so Westward Ho she went no family...no friends just an adventure in the Mountains of the Sierra Nevada range...Lake Tahoe to be exact. She came for a winter and 15 years later the rest is history.

Tracy's sales career started at age 12 with a Newsday Paper route...she was one of he first female paper carriers and won every sales contest she entered...coming from a long line of sales people Tracy is proud to be a professional, she takes excellent care of her clients (a skill honed during an internship at Walt Disney World). Tracy's clients appreciate her negotiation skills which served her well as Senior Sales Manager at Embassy Suites Resort in Lake Tahoe. She met her husband Gary while in Lake Tahoe and together they are raising two adventurous children. With Children came a new Challenge and Tracy decided to start her own company called Away Wee Go Rentals a baby equipment rental company which she eventually sold when the kids got older.

When a friend of Tracy's asked her if she would help open up a new real estate office in Incline Village she thought why not and got her license, little did she know that it was going to be the perfect combination of all her passions. Tracy loves guiding her clients through the home buying and selling process. She has seen the market change dramatically in the last 6 years going from a Sellers market to a Buyers. Tracy is a Certified Residential Specialist and a Short Sale Resolution Specialist who works with luxury clients who need to get out from a under an investment that is losing money. Many of her buyers are repeat clients who realize the opportunities this market presents and are buying multiple investment properties. Licensed in both California and Nevada Tracy is able to show her clients all around Lake Tahoe.

In her free time Tracy is an avid Skier and Hiker who loves to read and play scrabble.
