I am a loyal friend. I have to say that you can tell a great deal about a person by the company they keep. I have been truly blessed with good people in my life. My sister, who is a Clinical Psychologist describes me as the Eternal Optimist. I think it is because even in the face of great odds and challenges I never give up and I always manage to find meaning even when things do not turn out as planned. This has served me well in my lifetime. I still believe that no matter how wonderful yesterday was …the best is yet to come. I still believe that no matter what trials I have endured, as long as I never lose faith that God is in control and is molding me into the man I am meant to be, that I'm still a work in progress.
