In 2010, as one of the 15 million people in the U.S. with food allergies, I founded Thrive! Meetings & Events to educate organizations on how to successfully accommodate dietary needs at events and help make the world healthier, one event at a time.

I am a certified event planner and meeting manager, professional speaker, custom eater advocate and consultant who has spoken around the world and planned hundreds of events for clients throughout my 24 year career.
