Mike Pallatta

Mike Pallatta has more than 25 years of experience in sales and operations. He served as the CEO at WeComply, Inc. from 2010 through its successful acquisition by Thomson Reuters in 2013. Under his leadership WeComply provided online and offline ethics and compliance training for organizations in a multitude of industries.

Mike has held senior management positions in sales at accomplished organizations including ThinkHR, Right Answers, Extensity and Magic Solutions. During his time at WeComply and ThinkHR, he recognized his passion for the Human Resources industry. Consequently, Mike chose to embark on a business venture in online compliance training that would afford him the opportunity to continue working with HR professionals.
