Tralua Trail Running invites you to explore Sligo's wilder, more out-of-the-way places, including glacier-carved highlands, wooded hillsides and foreshores formed by wind and wave.
Tralua Trail Running improves your fitness, wellbeing, sociality and mental/emotional 'hygiene', while raising your awareness of your place in the world. As your trail running abilities grow, beaches, highlands, woodlands and grasslands become familiar and welcoming, regardless of the weather. Learning to glide over changing terrain is the objective: easy breathing, rhythmic running and reflexive reactions to changing conditions underfoot are key.
