Paige Trammell
I was born on November 25, 1994. I grew up in a very loving family with my father, mother, and younger brother. Since I grew up the eldest, I learned from a young age and throughout life to be very independent. I was always the guinea pig in every day life occurrences. Whether it was the first to walk, first to ride a bike, or first to head off to school. I was always there to try everything out first and then help guide my younger brother through it. Overtime, my Type A personality seemed to develop. I found myself always wanting to be in charge and do things my way. I was constantly pursuing perfectionism from myself and always strived to do my best. With school I always found myself at the top of the class and I excelled in volleyball. I worked hard to gain my spot on the Varsity volleyball team as a freshman and found myself leading our team to the Elite Eight by my senior year.
When it came time to figure out what I wanted to do with the rest of my life and where I wanted to go to school, I was lost. I thought back to what I was good at growing up and what I found interesting. I realized that I enjoyed taking care of my brother and serving others around me for my entire life and that it had shaped the person I had become. From then on I knew I wanted a career where I could help those around me. I chose to major in pre-pharmacy to do just that and I plan on attending the College of Pharmacy here at the University of Georgia to become a pharmacist one day.
