Hai Tran-Viet has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and has a track-record as an active partner with portfolio companies. As Co-Managing Partner at the Canadian Business Growth Fund (CBGF), he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the Fund. He is also actively involved in leading and overseeing the investment team's activities in transaction origination, execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining CBGF in 2018, Hai worked at Signal Hill Equity Partners, Regimen Equity Partners, TD Capital (TD Bank's merchant banking group), and CIBC Capital Markets. [3, 11]
