Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Brian Tranchida. I moved to Long Beach from Michigan to study marketing at CSULB. While working at one of the largest wireless phone companies for over 21 years, I decided to get my real estate liscense in my spare time because I have always had a passion for buying and selling properties. After establishing income with rental properties in and outside of California, I decided to take my real estate career and passion to the next level working full time as an agent.
