Jarica is a certified Clinical EFT Practitioner who was trained and mentored by Alina Frank of the Tapping Training Institute and is accredited by EFT International.

Jarica specializes in EFT for individuals struggling with relationship dynamics such as intimacy, sex, codependency, attachment struggles, shared responsibilities within romantic partnerships. As well as dynamics between families, parents, siblings, friendships, co-workers, employer/employee challenges etc. And/or the emotional underpinning of historical dynamics in these relationships.

Some other areas Jarica is experienced in working with are the emotional features related to challenges with money, clutter, food cravings, car accidents, adverse childhood experiences, loss of loved ones/pets, physical discomfort, low mood, pervasive worry, confidence in business ownership and transitions/growth edge pushing, self-love/compassion/acceptance.
