Alone has nothing on me!

Every day I walk to and from work with the world as my playground. The walk gives me the time I need with my music and my thoughts. The music always changes with my thoughts, or the other way around

Every day I think about the friends and family I have left in Saigon, but I know I will once again live amongst my fellow Saigon.

Every day I know this could be another great day.

I was taken to a psychiatrist and given various anti-depressants and panic-suppressants, but the calming effect decreased as my body became use to the medication. I eventually realized that the only permanent solution was to learn how to cope and succeed despite these obstacles. Everyone faces challenges that seem insurmountable at the time, but when you dig deep and push past tough obstacles the reward is irreplaceable. It is the same feeling I get as a personal trainer when I inspire someone to take their workout to the next level. The feeling of empowerment that comes from reaching personal goals is only intensified when you can pass that feeling onto someone else.

In my spare time I like to watch movies, TV shows, travel, listen to music, take pictures, play video games and chill out with the great friends that i have.
