I never set out to build a travel website.

What started as a passion for exploring Italy by car gradually turned into a mission to help travelers plan better trips. After years of driving through Italy, discovering hidden villages, navigating mountain roads, figuring out parking rules, and planning countless itineraries, I realized that much of the travel advice available online was either too generic or unnecessarily complicated.

That's why I created Travelandoo.

Today, Travelandoo is a growing travel platform focused on European road trips, Italy travel guides, destination planning, transportation comparisons, and practical travel tools. My goal is simple: help independent travelers spend less time searching for information and more time enjoying their journeys.

I believe the best trips happen when you understand how a destination works—not just which attractions to visit. That's why you'll find detailed guides on road trips, driving in Italy, transportation options, travel costs, local tips, and real-world planning advice throughout the site.

To help travelers plan smarter, I also created the Travelandoo Italy Trip Planner, a tool designed to simplify route planning, transportation decisions, and itinerary building.

When I'm not researching destinations or improving Travelandoo, you'll usually find me exploring another corner of Italy, testing routes, or working on new ways to make travel planning easier.
