Traverse Line is a small independent travel company specialising in tailor-made walking and safari holidays in Namibia, Zambia, Southern and Eastern Africa, Asia and the Himalaya. They offer trekking and hiking tours many places around the world.

Traverse Line was founded by Angus Maclaren in 2005. They have 7 years of experience in arranging trekking, hiking, walking safaris, and Camping Safaris’s tours for different locations around the world. They provide trekking and hiking in South Africa, walking safaris in Zambia(and also walking safaris in other Southern African Countries), South Luangwa National Park and safaris in Namibia, particularly mobile camping safaris in Namibia, and trekking and hiking in Namibia. They also offer climbs of Mera Peak and Island Peak, Drakensberg Mountains, Drakensberg Accommodationand School trips to South Africa.

At Traverse Line, their tour operators are specialized in travel to Drakensberg Mountains and wilderness environments. Their tailor-made capability is complimented by a small number of exceptional fixed date treks and climbs
