Travis Fugate

Currently, I am a Computer Science Major attending Monterey Peninsula College located in Monterey, CA. I can easily be spotted on campus. I am the blind guy with a black dog who always has a labtop in front of him! A slight Appalachian accent will always give me away as, "not being from around here". I am a unique transplant from the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. After losing my vision while surving in Iraq, I recieved a Sentinels of Freedom Scholarship that has enabled me to relocate in order to further my education and professional development. I aspire to be a software engineer who can touch the world, bettering the lives of many, through code!
