As EVP of Roger Christian & Co./San Antonio, Texas, my role is to oversee the development and implementation of marketing, advertising and public relations programs that address client business goals and objectives with innovative strategies/tactics that are both effective and efficient. After 30 years of experience representing a very diverse line up of local, regional, national and international clients, we have successfully created programs for the beverage, entertainment, U.S. military, tourism and hospitality, financial, healthcare and automotive industries (among others). So what is our takeaway from all that historical perspective? It helps to be driven and focused on creating good work - across the board. And, as it turns out, well targeted, great creative execution still gets the most attention and drives better results. Finally, we've learned that visionary products/services delivered with extraordinary customer service, supported by break-through creative and innovative strategic planning are still the best formula for a winning hand.
