I have spent my whole life being lean, and able to eat basically anything without putting much weight at all. Then I turned 50, and before long I had a spare tire on my belly, and a wider mid section than I ever remember having.
A quick look at my peers and it seems they are content for this to happen to them. I decided not for me though, I want to get rid of this belly fat and return to "normal".
I did things that I thought should get rid of belly fat, which was mainly doing more exercise and eating more salad. I guess that would qualify as a good start, but my spare tire wasn't impressed, and showed this by staying right where it was.
It appears it takes a little more to get rid of belly fat. Token efforts don't cut the mustard. My self image is incompatible with a pear shaped profile so I set out on a journey to learn what it would take.
The result of my efforts, what I found, is what I believe to be The Belly Fat Solution. It's not rocket science, but it is important to know what to do, what not to do, and have a structure within which to stick with your routine so to achieve your objective of burning off stubborn belly fat and having a sexy, fat stomach in instead.
It's worked for me. I hope it can for you too.
